Indy Creative Aging

Friday, December 3rd, 2010

Client: Indy Creative Aging, a service of CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions, was in need of a Web site that engaged Indiana’s Boomers and seniors, and those that care for them. IndyCreativeAging.com

Solution: A Web site strategy was outlined to facilitate two-way communication among the 45 and over population. From a business and social service perspective this site was intended to be a feeder system for area service providers and CICOA, thus impacting the ongoing utilization of services for years to come as Boomers – the largest segment of the US population – grow older. The magazine-style site is to serve as a means for peer-to-peer dialog – creating a community for socialization and support. An editorial plan and original content was developed that would effectively engage readers and also highlight inspiring and active older adults.

Results: The site was developed and launched in 2010 with second generation features and functions in development. New, original content is added regularly. The site has seen a healthy number of new registrants and upcoming PR campaigns will further increase readership and engagement.
